In Pennsylvania, Are People Ever Automatically Divorced Or “Common-Law” Divorced After A Period Of Time?

No, there is no such thing as “common law divorce” or an automatic divorce after a certain period of time has passed.  A divorce must still be filed and finalized with the Court.
