Pedestrian Hit by DUI Driver in New Florence, PA

On May 15, 2023, around 9:15 p.m., a pedestrian was hit and killed by a DUI driver in a Dodge Avenger on 13th Street in New Florence, Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the crash. The driver of the Dodge Avenger is alleged to have used heroin prior to the crash. Currently, no charges are pending. However, the investigation is still ongoing.
