When someone is hit by a car or truck, the resulting injures can be significant. That’s why it’s important to understand what facts insurance adjusters will use to try and not pay full compensation. Bononi and Company has handled Personal Injury cases for over 35 years. Our firm understands how to handle these cases.

In any case where a pedestrian is hit by a vehicle, our personal injury team goes to the scene of the accident. We take videos and photographs of the road, any crosswalks, the posted speed limit signs, posted traffic signs, and the exact spot of the accident. We then review any existing Crash Reports from the responding police department to make sure that we have obtained all of the evidence and that the Crash Report accurately reflects the evidence that we collected. Having personal knowledge of the scene gives us an advantage. Standing at the location of the accident provides our personal injury team with an understanding of exactly how our client was injured and why the driver of the car or truck is responsible.

If you or a loved one is hit by a car or truck, our personal injury team is here for you. It’s our firm’s policy to give free consultations and free case evaluations to anyone hurt in an accident. You can call us at 724-832-2499 or text us at 724-858-2744 to schedule a free consultation.
