The Bononi & Company law offices are well suited to accommodate your decision to engage in private mediation.  Our state-of-the-art facility is within steps of the Westmoreland County Courthouse and nearby parking.  

We have several conference rooms, each large enough to accommodate 6 or more persons, and situated such that your mediator can easily move between the parties while separated, maintaining their privacy during the negotiations. 

I too am well suited to serve as your mediator, having 30 plus years’ experience as a litigation attorney.  I’ve participated in countless negotiations, hearings, and trials, and I would be honored to bring that experience to bear upon the successful resolution of your dispute.
